Middle School (tween) Fun!

We'll be returning this evening to Minnetonka Middle School East for their 5th Grade Fiesta, we were at this event last year and have already been to the MMWest 2012 Fiesta last month. Before our first event with them last year I wasn't quite sure what to expect, all I could think of was the overwhelming thought of 200 5th graders running around with High School Volunteers and a handful of parents to keep the chaos as organized as possible....BUT, we were pleasantly suprised and have been so excited to be invited back to both locations again this year (and hope for many more). I have to give these kids a lot of credit, they are much better behaved than I remember myself and my friends being at this age ;)

In only a couple short weeks, we'll also be returning to SACS 8th Grade Graduation party for the third year in a row - we are extatic to be invited back again, it's a much smaller group (compared to the MME or MMW groups), but still just as fun!!

It's absolutely amazing how much fun these kids can have in the photo booth, maybe it's because I've grown up and don't have kids of my own yet, but the creativity of these kids is AMAZING!! They go in the photo booth over and over again and rarely come out with the same pose repeated - even on multiple photo strips!

Maybe we - as adults - could take some lessons from these tweens, that props aren't necessary to have fun with goofy faces and some good laughs in a photo booth!!

How old were you the first time you were in a Photo Booth?

If I think back....waaayyyy back...I can't remember ever being in a photo booth while I was real small. The first time I remember being in a photo booth was during an school class trip to Valley Fair. Aaahhhh...just the memory of a warm spring day spent at the amusement park with friends and LOTS Of laughter puts a smile on my face. I actually came across that photo strip recently, and to my delight - it hadn't faded a bit!

I recently spent a significant amount of time gathering and scanning in pictures for my grandfathers 90th birthday party. And to my suprise, he had a couple pictures from a photo booth from way back when he was in the Navy. And to my delight - he even remembers the names of the people who are in the photos with him. It can definitely be said, that photo booths are a part of American History, they have been making people smile for decades!!

What is your earliest memory of being in a photo booth?

So...Just how many people can you fit into a photo booth??

I can't count the time's we've heard this questions..."So, just how many people can you get into the photo booth?" WELL, we've been able to squeeeeezzzee quite a few people into our photo booth...

We started out being excited to fit 7
We were stuck there for a time..having LOTS of fun though...

Then someone got the bright idea to try squeeeezzzinngggg in
one more, but with some props to add to the fun...

After a few more events, we thought we might try to beat
our last hightest number...and added a couple more and got to 11!

We were stuck at 11 for quite some time - still having a blast!

And finally...we had a group looking to break our record...
How many can you see that fit into this picture!?

We're looking forward to your event being the next to break the record!! Can you find 15 or more who want to take on the challenge!?

Wedding Season is Quickly Approaching!

As the weather warms and we start gearing up for baseball, gardening, summer trips, family reunions and of course summer break from school...we also need to remember that we're also approaching Wedding Season! Yes folks, there is a such thing as "Wedding Season," well at least for those of us who are considered to be "vendors" for such wonderful events! Because the next two months will fly by (especially for someone planning such an event), we want to take a minute to remind you of the fun that can be had with the inclusion of a PHOTO BOOTH at your wedding reception!!

Just think of all the fond memories you and your guests can take home from your wedding reception if you include a PHOTO BOOTH! Grandma with the big oversized glasses on, paired perfectly with a danty tiara - smooching Grandpa who decided to join in the fun with the oversized clown tie and sequence top hat! How about little cousin Joe who couldn't resist getting his parents in there with some moustaches and feather boas!

We provide memories to last a lifetime - literally! - and, we put them all together nicely for you in a hand picked scrapbook with the duplicate photo strip from each of your guests gently pasted in with a loving note from each of them. Imagine it now, sitting down with your new spouse after returning from your honeymoon (if you can hold off that long) and flipping through the pages of your photo guest book to see all the fun your guests had at your reception!

If you're looking for some fun, give us a call or shoot us an email to get your date reserved! We look forward to making people smile at your wedding!
